new member after advice

Hi guy n gals im new to the xt660z and recently got 1 as a second bike and being and bit of a tinkerer I also got a pair of leo vince cans for it but after fitting It cracks and bangs VERY loud and im not a fan so after looking around interweb read a lot about "blocking ais"

Anybody got any pictures on how best to do this?

ps its a 2009 xt660z

Personally I just LOVE the backfiring and in town with the right throttle opening I manage to blow raspberries at the coppers hahahahahaha.......

(Now sold on, sob) 2011 Blue XT660X with gold wheels, was 26,500 km.
Engine mods: K&N Stage 1 filter, DNA Stage 2 filter, snorkel removed, Kev fuel mod fitted.
Plus: smoked Puig screen, Yam aluminium sump guard, Yamaha / Acerbis handguards, Givi Trekker aluminium side cases, Leo Vince X3 cans plus Kev front fork mod and Fender Xtender. Just fitted Michelin Road Pilot 3 tyres.

SOLD the XTX for a Super Ten 1200. And just bought a Raptor 700 so staying on here for some tips....

Me too. It's useful sometimes to get the attention of pedestrians, especially when you learn how to create such a sound !!

lol i dont mind the backfireing if it was just from time to time but it was everytime i closed the throttle lol

Besides i got a black R1 with toce exhaust for when i want to get noticed lol

(if you dont know what Toce exhaust are google them you will see what i mean ) hahahahaha
