Hi,
I have a 2004 XT660X and it surges really bad between 25 and 35 mph.
Today I went to Maplins bought all the parts (� 7.00p) and made the fuel mod,fitted it altered the co setting,the tps setting,drilled the airbox,removed the paper out of the air filter and replaced with k+n foam.
What a difference,the surging has nearly gone now.I will be de - corking the exhausts next. The bike pulls a lot better now and is very smooth to ride.I still have the 00 ECU without the white dot fitted.
