I bought a set of leather trousers from Hein Gericke at the start of July when they where in the sale. Its not the point its taken me near 7 years of on and off looking for a set of leather trousers (still looking for a jacket!!! but theres a fat chance of that).

Any who took them with me to a 2 week biking holiday in Italy and on the final day the stretchy bit in the crotch ripped at the junction of the stitching. When i got back from holidays took them to the Edinburgh HG (bought in Glasgow one but couldnt drop them off there due to work issues) now that was in 30/July/12 and they said they would have to send to Glasgow store as thats where id bought them from!!!

Now they told me it was going to be a good 3-4weeks before id hear anything from them, but as usual the HG going under happened so i thought id give them a bit of time. Sort of forgot about it, non stop at work and family things to deal with that i rang up at start of Nov to Glasgow store, no never heard anything about them.

Finally got round to ringing the Edinburgh store with my reciept number in hand now and after 5 mins of being on hold and the guy looking "downstairs" comes back to stay oh yea weve got them here and they are fixed......

So they have my address, personnel number and work number but i here nothing from them

Whats happening with put the customer first?

Rant over and ive still gotta pick them up from HG store in Edin!!!
