Which front fender looks better on the R?

Here's something from a bloke who should be doing something more productive...

I've never really liked the shape of the front guard on the R - I reckon the X version looks a heaps better shape. If I had an X guard I'd try it on my R to see for real - but since I don't, here's a photo comparison. Just turn the mouse wheel to flick between the two...

Whaddaya reckon?

I priced an X front guard from Yamaha... A$135
I don't dislike the R guard that much... Anyway, who cares about front guards. This was just a bit of fun.

Well, you've educated me. I hadn't even noticed that the X and R guards were different until now! Thanks, my life is now complete

And apparently Yamaha have dropped their prices in the last twelve months, or so I've been told.
Anyway Dan you get less crap being flicked up and back at ya with the longer guard (does work).
