I'd say that was a section 3 any day of the week.

Point taken and you're absolutely right, but the attitude displayed by this character really got up my nose on behalf of muppdog. Perhaps I should've used words like 'muppet' and 'prat'. Just as effective, really.

Hi Guys

I never intended for this thread to start a mini witch hunt for a Muppet driver. After calming down a bit I for one will give him the benefit of the doubt for the minute. Just maybe he was also in shock and reacted like a prat. There were other people there who could have called an ambulance and in the end it was him doing it.
I still don't know what he said to the police or if he admitted his fault. If so there is really no point to go after his b***s as the police will take care of that, sort of. So far the police has not yet taken a statement from my witness. He is now gone back to Germany. All i want is my bike back in good nick, my damaged gear replaced, and it looks like the full set apart the boots, and a fully working right leg. Meanwhile i was supposed to go back to work on Monday. Thats out! And my solicitor already advised me that it will be difficult to claim loss of earnings as i am self employed. If this is so i may just have to go for the compensation thingy i usually hate with a passion. Looks like yet again a small business gets punished for looking after itself.
If you get it you get from all sides! Great. Shouldn't be boring in the next few weeks.
And another amaizing thing that just popped into my mind: Even before the ambulance girls could dress my leg i was read my rights by the police and had to do a breath test. All procedure i know but i would have prefered it the other way round.

Rob
