Dunlop D606's for my XTR

Apologies for starting the new thread - have just seen the earlier one on D606's. Not sure how to delete this one (or if I can).

I have had Dunlop D606's on my XT660R for the past couple of months. They are fantastic in the dirt and acceptable on the road, although on the black stuff there's a fair bit of noise and you wouldn't want to push the corners too far. I'm not too concerned about that as my focus is the dirt - the road is just to get me to the next dirt section.

I had Mitas E09 Dakar's before this and they were a good all round tyre but didn't give me the confidence in the dirt I was after. The Dunlop's are much cheaper as well - I paid less than 250aud for the set fitted.

No idea how long the Dunlops will last - the Mitas did about 7000km.
