Took xt in for service yesterday also scottoiler fitted, dealer remarked leave it with us you dont mind do you! He then said you can take the demo Tenere with only 700 miles on the clock.

So here we go this one had been slighlty lowered but I still struggled to get me leg over. Felt heavy stoppers good but nothing wrong with the xt, I did notice you can see over the top of most cars and hedges.

Better seat comfy wise, smoother ride, looks are good too, different ride altogether really enjoyable. Stopping at lights junctions roundabouts did not cause a problem getting foot to floor although tip toes. But getting on and off could be a real pain especially in winter clothing all trust up.

Result for me and only my personal opinion I enjoyed riding the tennere but I was happy to get the xt back nippier around town holds tarmac better. All you tenere owners I see the attraction and dont wish to offend only my personal riding prefference totally different bike for different riding and terrain.
