Who's got the highest Mileage XT660

As above Im a bit worried that my latest XTR has 15K on it ive never owned a bike with that sort of mileage in it before its got full service history so shouldnt be worried really

15K on it, it's just run in.

We have seen well over 10000kms on the XTX & XTR's

Hi, I was interested in the same topic and started a thread:

http://www.xt660.com/showthread.php?t=17596&page=8

it gives a summary of mileages for 30-40 members. more than half have 30000km on their bikes. some even 100,000+km... quite impressive these bikes.

I use to own an 06 xtr and when i sold it it had 43k miles on it, another forum member bought it and has now sold it again with 46k miles. The bike was still going strong. It was starting to get a bit more viby and my local mechanic (who is a proper mechanic notjust a ehhh yea it needs this that and the other. ) said the main bearing felt as if it was on its way out at 43k miles, and would have cost around 300 + parts to strip engine, and replace main bearing
