Bike update.....

So I managed to get a good look at the ten in the light today and i am absolutely in awe of this machine. She has taken a hit from a 4x4, slid down the road and sustained the most minimal damage that to be honest unless you were looking for it you wouldnt notice it.

There is scraping on the rear right hand pasenger footpeg which you cant see when the peg is down.

The ball end on the brake leaver is ground flat....no biggy there.

Rear brake lever pedal bit (bit you push with your foot) is bent up a little....easily bent back with a bit of scaffold pole.

The main concern I had was this....

Not sure how clear it is bit if you can see there is a little black spot where the tank has been slightly ground away, Its only by 1mm or less. Ive tilted the bike on its side and nothing seems to leak.

On closer inspection it looks like the radiator cap leaked into the grey plastic when the bike was on its side and it came out of the hole in the plastic. What do you guys reckon?

Also shall I fill the bit of the tank thats been ground away with some external sealent or tiger seal of something?

She refering back to one of scottnets posts about the navXT, not only have we learnt that the xt is stronger than a fiat 500 but its also stronger than a landcruiser haha
Cheers all
