Thanks. Good price that. I see there is LED options on line too. Anyone know if there is a low power LED option that fits in the indicator housing?

I looked into LED bulbs to fit in the casing, but there are none that will, they are all too bulky. You can get an array of LEDs on a new panel to fit inside the OE indicator unit, but they are (if I remember) the same price as a set of LED indicator units themselves.

They might not be as bright as the OE bulbs as they're really side light/side repeater bulbs equivalent to 5W, but may be worth a punt?

.............Isn't there a problem that you can only see LED's from straight on and not from the side?

Just a thought.

...and you'll need to get resistors for each lamp or an LED capable flasher relay.

Depends what you buy. Always worth checking.

I fitted some HG front LED units, they have a little repeater LED on the edge that you can see from all down the side of the bike, so if a driver looks they will always see the indicator. They are brighter too, and with many LEDs (in the unit) you're not going to suffer if you loose one or two.

BUT, they are, or were about 10 each, then there's the replacement relay, which was a few of eBay
