Looks like the jag driver was at fault and more worried about his car than the potentual of someones life

I'll put good money on it that the Jag driver would not try that sort of manouvre on a bigger bike. No matter what the small bike rider was doing, whether he was in the right, riding badly or whatever, the Jag driver should not have tried to over take on the exit of the roundabout. The outcome could have been quite tragic.
He should not have argued with the Jag driver and called the police to the incident, they could be the judge, not some jumped up arrogant driver who thinks he rules the road.

Personally i would,nt have got in to dialogue with the tuff guy jag driver ,id have followed him and had a "chat" with him when no one else was about. total ****!

I just watched the vid, so its not private,, the driver was at fault no brainer,, the fact that the rider has a vid, it tells everything.. the guy struck the rider, end off.. id have personaly took that vid to the highest authority..did ye hear him sayin ... in a soft tone... ahh Son,, am a driving instructor.... ha ha ha hah

Agreed on all points. Would just add that the driver is supposed to be an ex instructor and examiner bla bla bla! Maybe the high vis was causing too much glare
