Help! Just finished (well almost) my mods for 30mm risers & 613 bars which entailed removing the tank and getting new clutch & twin throttles from Venhill so far so good, i noticed when doing measurments for cables that my front brake line would be about 2" short Aaaggghhh ! so decided to send off my front brake line set up to Venhill at same time, when it came back i was surprised as they hadnt used the metal support frame thingy, but had made up a similar version using a T-piece which to cut the story short wont work because its straight and the the hose is too long at the front as they just included the frame thingy into their measurements but didnt calculate the fact that the hose would in effect loop out at both sides when the forks are compressed thereby rubbing against the bike Aaaaaggghhh !
ANYWAY, have sent it back this morning but now need somewhere to send my original brake line set to in order that i can get the top part to the reservoir chopped and extended by 2 ***%^): inches!!
Does anyone know where to go and has anyone done this previously.
