can I fit these forks? what are they?

Hi Guys, any idea what these forks are from? and what caliper would fit them?
they have a 102mm bolt spacing. Im hoping they will do for the xtr as It came with smashed forks...

other option is I have a set of usd forks from a 95 YZ250 2 banger, only thing is I doubt the braking, and Im heavy on the brakes as Im usually 2up and travelling with a topbox on the back.

the front wheel on the XTR is ******ed but Im planning on having the hub relaced with a 17" rim...

so anyone know what they are off? & would they be ok for the xtr? (sure I would need stiffer springs anyway)...
