Any Tenere luggage experts headed for Ripley?

Having trouble (!) reassembling the chocolate-based locking system for the Yamaha pannier. Given up for now and secured with a strap, but if there's anyone who's an expert headed for the Horizons Unlimited meeting at Ripley this weekend I'd welcome any assistance.

It's a blue one with 'Tim' on the screen.

Sorry, can't help with the panniers. Just wondered if you enjoyed your ride back home from the ferry last Friday. Wet or what?!
