More Scenery with a bike in the way

Not working today, sun shining, birdies singing, kids at school, wife at work, bike needed rescuing from the garage.
West is best in the sun so Headed out via Inverness on a circuit thru Garve, Kinlochewe, Gairloch, Poolewe, Ardessie and Garve again. Much happiness, much grinning, much photos, aint life good. Work tomorrow. Had to take the ear plugs out to listen to the silence. In the words of my mate Jim - Better put the kettle on again vicar to wash down those cakes.

I was gonna go that way on Sunday but was playin aboot too much in the woods so time was running out. Loch Carron was as near as I got. I was tempted with the road out and up but went back and crossed the hill to the Kyle road.

Keithblade, Myself and possibly stumpydave & SteveD are heading your way in September, stayining on Skye - Might have to tap into your local<ish> knowledge and see what trails are available in the area.

All of my riding in the West of Scotland was pre Tenere and was all tarmac. I was on the lookout yesterday for trails but time was passing and it seemed that those I did see were 'well gated'. The only one I headed up was marked authorised vehicles only near a small quarry/carpark so figured that I was not going to harm any wildlife thingys. My trips to Skye were all on tarmac too so I would have to scour the OS maps myself. Just wondering if 'Rybenuk' would help you on this - he's further South I know but might be worth sending him a pm?

Fiddich you trickster. Only half of these pickies you posted have a bike in them !!!! Gee i like the redish ones. Aussies were only offered black or blue. I chose black. Onya Bloke, nice pic's though, not much traffic about.

As far as the colour of the bike goes, Yamaha has a policy in Europe of only offering the quality red ones to good looking blokes. Wonder if they think Aussie blokes don't quite square up mate?
