Front sprocket nut size?

Anyone happen to know what size socket I need to remove the front sprocket? I need one but I'm not with the bike (and no clues in the w/shop manual).

I'm pretty sure it's 14mm for the rear sprocket nuts?

Cheers, JD

Hi Jamie, the Ten is a 36mm for the front sprocket, I assume that the other XT's are the same.

It is.

Just had a look in my toolbox... it's indeed a 32mm socket.
