Looks exactly the same as the photoshop they once did for the 1200.
Would be a good match against the F800 and the Tiger

Tbh if Yamaha dont bring out somthing in between the 2 Tens soon then Bmw and triumph will see a few sales, and reluctantly me being one of them.

            But 900cc is smaller than BMW's 1200cc

And the next contender in the market will be able to take on Queen Mary 2 across the Atlantic!
As my previous employers (industry) persist: "Bigger is best" (those of us in the know just say "B*ll*cks!!!!!) |

Well I always thought raising the suspension and fitting more off-road orientated bodywork to the TDM was how the 'Super Tenere' was going to turn out - I was surprised when they developed a whole new 1200cc platform for the new Super Ten'
Sure an 85bhp twin at a sub 9000 price tag would be great... but I wouldn't bet any money on it right now... Jx |

            I blame the French!!

'twas bloody road racers messing with off road bikes that screwed it all up! (and the accountants, I suppose)
The "Super-fanny-fragalistic-moto-kneedown-gimmemorepower-but-I-can-still-pose-offroad" brigade! Edit: Err..... not sure what happened there. Beer and flippancy don't mix! I guess I'm just a bit 80's old school and prefer the likes of XRV750/DR800/XTZ750/E900 to todays leviathans. Sorry about any offence caused. I'll close the door on the way out Last edited by RickM; 18-02-11 at 01:24. Reason: Backtracking........ |
