Petenz is on a distinguished road
Nz... Db1k

I have decided to use the XTR this time..
"still not sure if it's a smart move"
I will most lightly just do the Nana ride &
leave the challange sections out this year
don't want to be picking up a 400lb bike
to often...
I'm spending a lot of time crash proofing it
as much as possable...

DB1K = Dusty Butt 1000
1000km, 2 day ride in some of the lower South Islands
nastyest high country road & tracks..it can be a killer
on bike and body with 12 hours plus a day on the bike..

what its all about..........
