Is my XTR-07 correct adjusted in Dyno?

Hello

Wondering if my XTR-07 is correct adjusted in dyno. The guy who run my bike in his Dyno is very careful to adjust the bike to really good fuel curve. Run the bike with 15/45 and it feels good but compared to my friend who only got a 2-1 system without any other mod it feels not right. I bought the PC V from offtheroad.de and told them to put a fuel mod but my guy told it was really wrong from the beginning and change it. Here is my mod on my bike:

*OTR 2-1 without ca but with Db killer in, about 34mm instead of 50mm plug.
*O2 optimizer
*KN filter "no open filter on right side because I drive in mud"
*Power commander V
*15/45 gearing
*NGK Iridium spark plug

Is my CO1 cut off from the system with the o2 optimizer so I got have to touch it? The diagram shows real hp on the backwheel and did it on fourth gear because some bike have regulations on the highest gear, is this ok?. I gonna try to loan a laptop to check my fuelnumbers but I was with this guy probably about 1,5 hour, he didn,t top rev the engine, but really adjust in to maximum fuel curve.

The picture was to small so I send a link!
