Im thinking of getting a newer (08/09) xtx and want to have a change of wheels for the green lanes... has anyone put on the xtr wheels on an new shape xtx if so... what was needed?

IIRC you can't simply switch rims. There was a guy here with an XTX who fitted rims from different bikes, can't remember his name + he never got back with the information I needed.

i switched the other way round, X wheels on an R but needed to make up spacers... so just wondered if there is anyone on here thats done it?
