RS Graphics did do them (5.50 pair from http://www.rsgraphics.co.uk/yamaha.htm (MOYA19) I went for the 10" Silver/Grey
) but they have been removed now for copyright issues. May be worth an email to Steve at sales@rsgraphicsdigital.co.uk asking about the 10" Yamaha tuning fork decals. I had a set and they are still going strong.

Also created the digital artwork fo rthese and the XTX logo, RS Graphics have both and may make up a special order if you ask them.

Here's mine http://www.ward-uk.net/xtx/stickers.gif
