prices of luggage racks

Yamaha do one for 82.99
Ventura do one for 37 but you need the fitting kit which costs 80
Touratech take ages to send bits - i've been waiting for a fortnight for a bash plate- no sign of it yet.

I have a blackbird and my son has a fireblade - we got good racks for these from Renntec for 42

Whats going on? Are there no reasonably priced racks for xt660s?

It appears not but one clever solution would be to buy the Yamaha fittings and the box from Givi through Busters http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk...cts.asp?id=236 and then make your own compromises in fitting the 2 together.
