Having idling problems

Been through all fault codes readings and CO readings.
Throttle position sensor reads 45 to 100. But the manual says reading may be slightly different and should be around 22. It also says there is a lot of leeway either way. Also what reading should I get on the CO test?

The fuel mixture seems to be running far too rich.

Checked all wiring diagrams and multiplugs. At about 30mph or above, bikes running fine. Anything below that or at idle it runs very rough and misfires.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
