Yamaha Tenere xt660z 2008 problem

Hello everyone

I have purchased a yamaha tenere 2008,and have a question about front forks. When i drive in sharp bumps i hear a plastic sound coming from the front of the bike.I have a theory that the sounds occur because of the forks slowness.Maybe its to slow to react and a sound appears? its a fork with preload spring, maybe that kind of forks make sounds? i am no expert

so if anyone have any ideas or experience, please answer me

I am swedish, thats why i am bad in writing in english=)
