Thumbs up Bears new lid

I got my new lid Tuesday.
Scorpion EXC 1000 Air. SUBLIM

I think you can see in the pics the drop down sun shades.

This is a pic of the stud fitted wind deflector, hidden behind that

is an air pump that can be used to adjust the fit of the lid around the side of your face.

Quick release visor on and off 10 to 15 seconds plus you can see the lever for opening and closing the sun shade and the lock down for the visor!

Top vent open and closed. There is an "O" ring under the vent too cut noise down. I am waiting for my light reactive visor to turn up as this will save swoping\carrying a dark\clear visor .The visors are treated to keep them fog free and the water just runs off them a treat when its raining!
All of the liners can be removed and changed for new one,s of differant styles, oh yer they are designed to wick away swet as well.
The noise level from this lid is half that of the TourX and its not trying too rip my head off !
It did make my ears hurt after an hours riding but as i,ve used it more it has softened up and is getting better now (and bears do have big ears)
So now you are all asking what did he pay for that???
Well i,ve never been a cheep skate! it was 300 quid but my heads in it and as far as im conserned its money well spent!
I,ve been having to watch my speed a bit as it is now easy to blast up to 90 odd mph with out trying to hang on for grim death!! this lid has made my ride much more enjoyable so as for the TourX im gone turn it upside down fill it up with mud and grow Marrygolds in it
I,ll add to this reveiw in a couple of weeks!
Cheers BEAR.

You just wanted something else to polish, didn't you?

Does look good though, makes me look at my old helmet with dismay!

Now now don't be polishing your helmet too much, you'll go blind.

That does look nice though, but then again so did your tour x
