You MUST be the first person to get that sort of service.

Unknown to me over 2 years, lost parcels, never in stock, on holiday, you name it, they used it, so well done to you indeed dear sir

My experience echos that of Rizla - I've always found Thorsten very helpful by either email or phone (even if my phone calls have been expensive!) and having ordered and received my exhaust last week, I must say it is the best packaging I've ever seen! Never mind the exhaust is also particularly luverly!

he has been very helpful to me as well, both by phone and email. Only problem I had was that my latest order was sent to the invoice address instead of the shipment address.

Previous owner of my bike, who put all the trick bits on, was always praising the OTR guy.

I ordered some parts -1st order to OTR- and I was not sure what other/missing bits were required, they help me about that and I got my goods in 4 days time, absolutely great. I would recomend them.

have fun,

j.
