I was told at my local dealer that they are not bothered what you do to the bike, But if you have a problem with it, It must be standard when it goes in for a warranty claim
Hope this helps but i waited until after the first service to mod the bike

depends on the dealer.

in my experience even with all the 'stuff' that i did to mine they weren't bothered at all, as long as i hadn't messed with the engine

Why dont you like them? I must admit when I first put a pair of aftermarket cans on I did not like them either (too loud) and removed them. A little later I returned to a set of after market cans and I loved them. I am interested to know your thoughts.

my uncle has a set of CCC on his, and as much as i dont like the look of the link pipe i love the sound.... deep and like a single. With the Leo vince as it came with the long DB killer in it, it sounded only slightly better than the standard, but made my bike surge more... i fitted the short DB killer and its too loud, and not a nice sound IMO. a rough harsh bark instead of a deep single sound. But ran fine with the shorter baffle in.... would rather sell up and get a set of Akras or just wait till CCC sort out the link pipe :-)
