Hi
You should be OK if you have done it on other bike's

First remove the dipstick in the top of the frame, near the head stock.

Then place a container to collect the old oil below the frame, remove the bolt from the frame ,this will drain the oil in the frame.

When the oil flow stop's here,go to the engine oil drain plug which is below the gear change.

If you have a look under your seat where the tool kit is ,below the tool kit is a funnel this klip's below the drain plug and allows the oil to drain out with out spilling all over the frame.

Then remove the oil filter which is on the other side of the engine.

Fit new oil filter and replace cover....replace plug in the engine and frame.
then refill with the correct grade and amount of oil.replace dipstick .

Watch you don't get a squirt of oil over your front tyre/disc like I did though
