Shorter screen?

Anyone seen a shorter screen for the XT ?

Or do i have to buy a original screen and cut it? But its not good with sharp edges....

I wanted it to be in the same line as the speedometer aprox...

havent seen a shorter but i'm sure that you have seen a longer one,but it looks ugly.thing is that some firms dont make screens yet for our bike.need to wait a lil' bit.

Yesterday my bike and me decided to have a "very close look" of the road and I did fall off. Now I do not have screen at all (nor mirrors). At least the tachometer stayed in its place and is still working

I can not recommend this technique for reducing the size of the screen

Sorry for being off topic but I could not resist.

If you did want to cut your screen then you can buy a rubber (or plastic or chrome) edging that you can push over the sharp edges.

Bummer about the fall Nein, hope there is not too much damage!?

I have to say the bike did not look bad at all without screen. I was a more eXtreme look.

Regarding bike damage, it was not that bad. I came away with a sprained ankle

Have a look at the 2007 version, the screen looks a lot smaller on that.
