Help please.

I need to find a rear wheel rim clamp for my XTR.
Now i've got my TKC'S fitted,i want the option of dropping the rear pressure
when on the muddy stuff.
The biggest size i can find is for a 2.5 rear wheel, but the XTR has a 2.75 rear, and after trying the 2.5 it is way to small.
Any idears guys/gals.

B.T.W.I did 200 miles on the tyres last monday,90 of them off road.
The road miles were great, even in the wet,no problems at all.
Off road (Salisbury Plains finest chalky clay) the front was fine, but with 29 psi in the rear it was not so good.
I would have liked to run it at 15-20psi (i have mich 4mm thick tubes fitted) to see if the grip was any better (jasext did say the rears were not very good in the mud),but without the clamp it was just not worth the risk.

Cheers all.....Andy C.

Were they suitable? - I might need some soon.

Hi Motonacio.
The rim clamp should be with me by the weekend (only doing the rear as the balance on the front would be a problem).
I will post up some pictures of the fitting next week.
Thanks again for the info.

Just called D.K off road to chase up my order to be told that they can't supply it.
Will keep looking.
Regards, Andy C.
