Daft question but:I'm removing the guards before Friday need to know if I remove them does the bolt that fixes them into the bar end weight when removed just fit back in or do I need to order other bolts.
Thanks as always

You need a shorter bolt per side. If you purchased the handguards and fitted them you would have them (the shorter bolts) but if not then I think you need a smaller bolt to hold the bar end weight on.

But the bar end wieght that comes with the hand guards is a special on and needs to stay with the hand guards. Its got a special rig on it to stop them from spinning around when you crash.

So sounds like you need some smaller bolts and some new bar ends.

The original bar ends should be fine if they are OEM hand guards. You will however need the original bolts though which are shorter, as mentioned by Tony.
