Hey everyone
My name is Xenia, Im a rider from Switzerland and travel since February 2017 around the world with my XT660R 2005 model. With me travels as well my partner on his 2011 XT660Z (ABS).



At the moment we are in Australia and soon will ship the bikes to Africa, to travel slowly back home to Europe. In total we will be on the road for about 3.5 years.



My XT660R has no 120'000km on it and never had any issues so far. I think soon it will be time to replace the piston rings as it starts to use a little more oil than usual but we will see. Otherwise its a great bike and I really love it for all the on and offroad riding we do.



On the picture you wont see the latest mod, which is a 2in1 exhaust by MetalMule. Pretty happy with it though even if the back fiering can be a bit annoying. But its nice to safe so much weight and gain some clearance.



So yeah, so much about me I might have some questions soon regarding the upcoming work, as I know quite a bit about motorbikes but never had to touch an engine before.
