Fork oil viscosity, Ohlins springs and valves

Hi,

I'm planning on fitting YSS fork valves with the Ohlins springs from OTR on my 2008 XT660Z. On the OTR site, Ohlins recommends their SAE15 oil to go with their fork springs, but I also assume this doesn't take into account fitting valves...

I believe the stock oil is 5W, so a jump to 15W and stiffer springs seems a bit harsh? Especially on the rebound damping? What oil viscosity would you recommend?

P.S. I'm around 100kg with my gear on and ride my Ten pretty much as a dirtbike if that helps. Just fitted an Ohlins rear shock too.
