After recently recommending YUASA and going to Halfords my Yuasa battery started to loose charge. So I went back to Halfords who have stopped selling them..BUT they are willing to refund the money once I get a replacement.

Is there any benefit to gel filled batteries?...if so' make etc?...

I can get a regular Exide battery reduced from �87 to �48 or an Exide Gel one reduced from �120 to �66 at the minute from Euro Car Parts...
