Unhappy o2 optimizer and still surging hard

Hi my name is Yannick and i am owning a Xt660x 2008. Last week i bought a DNA stage 1, Stage 2 Filter and the o2 optimizer from dynojet. I also installed the Kevs fuel mod. Today i installed all these things. before i took a ride i put my multimeter on the handlebars and connected it to the o2 sensor wires , so i can check AFR. As i was riding through the landscape the engine seems to run fine and it had a lot of power. It was rinning at about lambda 0.9-0.85. But as the engine was running at a steady low rpm it started to surge very hard.It even cuts off completely for a short moment (much harder surging then without o2 optimizer) .I saw how the o2 signal jumped from 0.6-0.9 volts (lambda 1-0,88). When i opened the throttle a little bit the engine run normal again. I also played around with the co settings. But with higher co setting the surging was a little bit better but in high rpm's it was to rich.
My opinion is that the ecu still wants to achiev AFR 14,7 when the throttle is untouched while riding.
what can i do??
