Immobiliser
Hey Guys, Teuns here from Joburg, South africa. My XT660X was in an accident and my only key was lost on the scene. Is there a way to bypass or bridge the immobiliser setup rather than have to replace the Ignition, Keys and ECU? The replacement value is almost equivalent to a month's salary. A bit too much for me.

There are emulators available on eBay to fix the problem.

but then you still need a second hand set of keys and locks for the contact switch, fuel tank and seat... ;-)

I also need a bypass.
I have a 2004 model. All these bypass kits say 2006 onwards !! Any reason why it wouldn't work with mine ? |
