O2 controller and Kev fuel mod

Wasn't sure where to post this,

Ordering:
finally got around to ordering these off kev after having my xtz since january.
Kev was very fast and efficient sending my parts, was told it would take 10-20 days and they were here on the morning of the 7th day.

Fitting:
now i was coming off working 12hour night shifts all weekend so was pretty sleep deprived ,but the O2controller couldn't have been simpler to fit. I had a bit more hassle with the fuel mod as I was too lazy to lift the tank out of the way (crash bars are a biteen bent and wouldnt be much fun to re-fit). So i had to splice the wire with very little room for my big gorilla hands but i got there in the end.

I started the bike up,threw on my helmet and went out the road and WOW, the difference is night and day. It felt just like my old xt660x that had the power commander, akrpovic pipes and co adjusted. I think i even felt the front wheel lift a smidge. also as one other member pointed out,I didn't have to make half as many gear changes.
one small issue was first gear felt a little flat? It might just be my imagination or I was shifting up earlier before.

Anyways, these are far and away the best bang for your buck for this bike and should be the first thing people buy for their xt's

cheers kev

Thanks for your feedback mate, glad you are happy with your results.

What I found with these mods I could lug the motor around at much lower revs than before & tended to ride at lower revs because the bike road smoother.
