Fork sag spacer

Hi guys, Ive way to much sag in my front fork, at a guess I'm losing a quarter of my travel from a tired spring.
I know there was Ali spVers used before but I don't have a lathe. Have any of you diy'd the issue, PVC pipe, nylon bar etc?

It's a 10 minute job. Give it a go with your pipe spacer and see how you get on. Some old-school guys use ratchet sockets.

Just remember to jack up the front end first to take pressure off the springs etc..

I used a car trolley jack under the exhaust at the front. a piece of wood across the pipes stops any damage.
