Oil level front forks

Hi,

I just serviced my front forks. Removed the originals and replaced by Wilbers progressive springs.
But made a mistake. I topped off the oil with the spring at 14cms. But, with the spring inside. The damping now is far to hard.

Can anyone tell.me what the oil level should be including the springs? That saves me a lot of dirty work.
