Hi all.
I'm looking for a single can exhaust for my Ten. I want to install a toolroll on the other side. I've been searching this forum but haven't found a solution yet.
I know single cans are less quiet than duals. But still there should be an option wich doesn't blow my ears and wake up my parents in the morning.

Is it also possible to buy a link pipe and choose a different silencer? Are the pipe diameters all equal?
I've never changed an exhaust on a bike so I am a complete noob to what my options are here.

It also shouldn't be very expensive.

I've heard that the MTC cans are very loud. I dont know if this changed over the years?
They look good and have a nice price though.

I hear good reports about the exan single exhaust can being light and relatively quiet ,with a removable baffle,but pricey.

You could contact MTC or others and see if they will supply a link pipe only ,as I'm using their link with an shortened (about 4")akrapovic can and baffle.

I do have an additional unshorted akrapovic can with the right 51mm connection for the 51mm MTC link pipe for sale.

I will probably go for the Exan since this seems to be the most quiet single can available.

I would probably have bought the akrapovic from you but I live way to far from you haha.

I have found arrow or akrapovic to be very quiet with the dB kills in.
