Off the road front spoke set

Has anyone used the off the road 21in spoke set successfully? They are all the same length where as the genuine Yamaha spokes are 2 different lengths. I have a new Yamaha hub and an excel rim but the off the road spokes are too short on one side. Any ideas? I have contacted them and they assure me they should be all the same length.

If you're unsure the people I have used and recommend are Talon, I have just bought a spoke set for the XR650R. Correct set arrived within 48hrs of order. They will definitely be able to advise you on spoke length. ....Steve
