Dominator system:Is it LEGAL?

Hello there
Any ideas to the legality of this 2 in 1 system?
I can only find vague answers here and there, but as people dont like loud pipes, and getting some grief at the mod1 test centre from examiner and at training,I need to tone it down for my next visit as I failed the avoidance speed....
I didnt fit this and can see the wisdom of the Kev mod power commander especially with this kind of exhaust, but I think it was just put on without further considerations..Dont get me wrong,I luv it,I've heard some far louder tho, but,I'm not one for attracting attention, especially doing mod 1 ....
I want some advice about a db killer or maybe a compatible can to help me out.
It was daft to go with it to test, but I cant get the headers off as there's a socket jammed on one of the strange [hex?]bolts,I can release all the others easy [I checked first] but the socket doesnt clear
the bend of the pipe [hence why it's been left on!]as I wanted to put the originals back on before hand..As I cant take the bike anywhere maybe to get a torch on it or some other help with it,I'm stumped at the moment [and skint]...But if I could find something with no grey areas about the Dominator's legality,or any opinion really..60 mile round trip to test centre, top bike as you know better'n me,I love it,get the 'power on or off nothing in between' sorted low down and a few 'full flight' changing up 'cut-out's' that a swift press of the starter is needed and that vibration thru the bars and it willl be even better, but as is,it's a terrible shock having to jump on the 125 for a while longer.....Thanks all!

Here is the Dominator muff: So am I correct in assuming that a db killer will go in there [I removed the bolt] ? nothing moves ie there's nothing to take out of the can so the bolt is to hold an insert/db killer??

I saw somewhere a bike with that system and a standard can from a 2002 suzuki gsxr1000 fitted. Looked spot on and quiet.

The first is a OTR front pipe with GSX1000R titanium muffler

The second is a Dominator with a modded fit yoshimura muffler!

The OTR has a better fitted line if you look where the two pipes goes in one!

Yes, I see what you mean...better flow too..Is that 'quiet [er]' ?
Mine is black but I like the blue looks tidy..
I really like the look of the GSXR set up

I sold my project bike to a friend with that Dominator headpipe before the bike was finished. He mounted a yoshi tri muffler and inte sounds like hell. Yes the GSX1000R muffler is a perfect fit and never had to replace noise material in it because it has non.
