Well I finally got a helmet camera, actually my brother gave me his Drift camera as he doesn't really use it/get out on his bike enough.

Ive now does a few videos but want to see about getting into the editing game as theres a few good bits id like to cut, shunt, over lay some music etc

So what do you guys use?

I use AVS and have done for a good few years. Works well for me on a Windows PC.
