brave biker, but alone you cannot do anything against 4 people. The only thing you can do is wait till they leave, follow them to see where they go or while they flee kick them off the bike(with the risk you fall to)

Well, they CCTV you when you dont pay for parking, dont pay congestion charge, do a bus line etc. but when the bike/car gets stolen etc they go silent / dont see anything.

And take the registration numbers of the other bikes/mopeds too........
