Was looking for a replacement for my exhaust went for Exan carbon cap black stainless supplied by Speedycom performance.Looks nice sounds noisy ,loud with baffles out can't tell if I've got two more horses for sure have fuel and sensor mods fitted.
My conclusion having contacted the UK suplier several times who forwarded on the mails to Italy is this.
I don't speak Italian but I'm not a business trading in Italy.I have had a couple of short garbled English (sort of) mails back not addressing the issues and a picture of an XT, very nice too.
If you're paying �400 for a made to fit exhaust ,I know many don't but I expect it to fit. The link pipe doesn't sit centered under the heat shielded duct, if it did the can would stick out side ways..
The bolt supplied to fix to the frame didn't fit through the frame let alone through the hanger or pannier frame if i had one!
The most annoying thing is that having removed the OEM cat, box and mufflers two fine fixing threads are left unused which Exan and other manufactures use to affix after market systems .Not in this case.
Inadequate product,V poor communication. No resolution. Not cheap.
