Hi all,

I saw a Tenere broken down as I was driving to a party on Saturday night. I pulled over to help, we tried bumping it but it wasn't having any of it. Something electrical had died but I'm not 100% what. It could have been the starter solenoid and us just not doing a good enough job bumping it but I don't know. I had some friends with me who wanted to get to the party so I couldn't hang around too long. I offered the chap the services of my friend down the road with a van but he declined, saying he'd get a cab home and get his truck to get the bike. I offered him my number incase he got stuck (I have a trailer etc. at home) but he said he was ok.

He mentioned that he'd done a RTW on the bike and I did a bit of googling. It would seem that I ran into Jonathan Yates. I'd like to know if he got home safely, and what the problem was. If anybody knows him could you point me in his direction or him in mine?
