Greeting from Northampton

Hi Guys,

Just purchased by XTZ660 Tenere, picked it up Friday and put 300 miles on it over the weekend. The bike was already fitted with some upgraded parts, MTC exhaust, DNA stage to air filter and a fuel adjustment switch. Runs great apart from slight surging coming off the throttle between 4000-5000rpm. There was no information regarding the switch with the bike, can anyone shed any light on how you set it up as it is the one I have seen advertised here?

Also what do you guys do for a suitable RAM mount on the bar above the clocks as it is only 12mm dia. Want to put my old Zumo 550 up there, but the only RAM mounts I have seen are for larger diameter handlebar tubes. Any ideas?

Not the greatest on computers and wanted to post some pics, prompted for the photo URL? Can anyone help?

Cheers Guys

Other than buying a Touratat mount, here's the best/most interesting solution I've seen...

You can download the instructions for the fuelling mod from Kev's ebay listing:

Hi,

Thanks for the info, the golf ball SAT mount is an ingenious idea and will certainly give it a go. found the fuel mod instructions and have set it at the "5 o'clock " position and will see how it runs commuting in to London this afternoon.

Thanks again for all the advice
