Pyrenees

Hi all

I'm new to the world of adventure bikes as I've always been on sports bikes but got myself a new xt660z
Me and a pal are riding from the UK then cherbourg to the pyrenees with a stop in bordeaux for the first night
Could anyone suggest any good campsites in are around bordeaux?
Also would anyone have any suggestions on routes campsites etc in the pyrenees

Riding in the Pyrenees has came up in discussion only last week. Have a butchers at this thread (if you haven't done so already)...

Hi Barney and welcome to the forum. This is the very route I'm planning for early June. Would love to swap notes. When are you going and for how long? I plan using Portsmouth st malo ferry. Google roadtrooper on YouTube and Pyrenees to see some great mountain rides
