Engine noise unidentified?

Hi all, i have recently bought my second xt660x , it has nearly 20k on the clock and has an annoying needs attention noise from the engine. it sounds like a chain or a revolving noise on the clutch side but it doesnt go away when the clutch is engaged, and speeds up with the rpm. any thoughts? i will post a video.

The two most common sources of strange mechanical noises on the XT660 motor are:

(1) Loose crank nut - RHS.

(2) Loose decompression pin and/or incorrectly setup decompression mechanism - top end LHS.

The noises generated by both these problems can resonate round the whole engine/frame area so are difficult sometimes to pinpoint and aren't always necessarily heard next to the source.
