Red face XTX TANK Bag

Ahoy !

Am doing a lil England tour next month; and currently have my rear rack holding a oxford aqua 30/ 50L holding the tent, 2 sleeping bags, 2 mats, 2 pillows, 2 persons clothes, cooking gear, 2 camping chairs

And have the MooseRacing front fender tool bag

Just wondering for a 2009 XTX What would be the best tried and tested Tank Bag? Could really do with the feedback lads n ladies

Cheers

I ride local with an aldi tank bag. Fits waterproof jacket, flask of hot chocolate, sandwich and tyre foam, spare phone battery etc.... it's not big but cost less than a tenner

oxford do a small tank bag for trail bikes but it is not cheap
baglux do a tank cover to which you can clip on a tank bag. even more expensive

From my own experience, baglux is the best solution if you can afford it

there is another brand (can't remember the name) where you have a pair of saddle hanging from the fuel tank.

I don't like magnetic ones because any steel in the proximity gets magnetized and you can also run the risk of scratching the paintwork
